I've provided some examples of search engines and subject directories below.   These lists are, by no means, exhaustive but should provide a good staring point.   I've also provided a VERY incomplete list of history resources on the web.   Many of these are simply pages with links to even more resources.   There's no shortage of great historical sources out there.   Some of these sites, especially the Library of Congress sites, provide great suggestions for using these sources in your classroom.
